The quotation of a naval construction is evident. The planimetric configuration of the area, bordered by the bed of the Bolvedro Creek and the Regina al lago road, and the considerable differnece in level between the two ends make up particularly important morphological features, which Lingeri addresses by developing a two-level building. The lower floor that are specifically intended for sports activity and technical service, and an official, panoramic upper floor with the main room for the members’ meetings.

The difference in level to the road is overcome by two staircases, one central to the building, preceded by a wide terrace, and one on the side, directly connecting with the lower floor. The mountain-facing facade is characterized by the semi-cylindrical corner volume, which contains the staircases to the upper terraces. The semi-cylindrical terrace that serves as the covering to the porticoed entrance underneath protrudes in the lake-facing facade. The exterior stairway that leads to the beach is on the curved wall. The terrace covering the building was used as control area during races and as a stand for shows. Lingeri also supervised the choice of colors for the outside, creating a contrast between the bright white walls and the pale blue protrusions, the dark blue iron doors, windows and parapets, and the orange wooden doors, windows and rollup grids. The colors are no longer the original ones, and the use of the building has also changed.
