The BMW Italia headquarters are located next to the San Donato exit of the Milano-Bologna motorway.
The eight-floor, 42-meter-tall building faces the motorway with its smooth and curved facade. The composition of the only two facades is the most interesting aspect of the building: coming from the motorway, you are confronted with the corner of the building and remain almost amazed by the thinness of that tall and shiny building that disappears at the sides. 
The BMW headquarters consists of three basic units: an office area, a car exhibition section, and a commercial and service sector. The basement houses the parking lots.
The building’s fronts are of painted steel with sound damping glazing.
The showroom is characterized by ceramic granite, linear and curved safety glass fronts, and steel connection systems.
