This range of houses lies along the road coming from the town center. Each house borders the next, alternating the volumes of the brick fašade and the voids corresponding to the entrance to each unit. The residential complex is closed, on its north side, by the three-floor villa of the Redaelli family, whose ground floor is a space fully open on the garden and equipped with an indoor swimming pool.

The living-room, the kitchen and the bedroom are on the first floor, while the library and two more rooms with bathrooms are on the second floor. The road facing front, with its massive brick-clad wall acts as a soundproof barrier and features an external staircase that links the garden directly with the library on the second floor. The opposite front, which faces the garden, is convex, like an arc. The deep recesses characterizing this front form a large portico on the three floors and the balconies on the second floor. In the southwest corner, at the side of the entrance, two paired columns, a reference to Lombard rural architecture, constitute a mediation element between the inside and the park. The whole volume is broken by openings and cuts of varied shapes: rectangular and like arrows or arches.
